Jaime Swartz, PHR, brings 12+ years of Human Resources experience, including HR consulting experience, to Swartz Consulting. She works with leaders to assess HR practices, identify risk and opportunity, and develop practical solutions that support both people and business goals.
Her work focuses on employee handbook development, HR assessments, state-specific compliance support, FMLA and state leave compliance, workplace training, HRIS support, and flexible fractional HR guidance.
Jaime holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential from HRCI, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a master’s certificate in Human Resource Management.
Swartz Consulting is based in Northwest Ohio. Services are also available to organizations throughout the United States, including organizations operating across multiple states.
